- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office was great from the beginning when I first dialed the number I spoke with a very nice lady at the first deck. I explained what I was calling for and she was very professional and got me the help I needed to ask some questions about an incident. I spoke with Kim who helped me feel better through the mourning of my son by answering the questions I asked that she was able to answer. She was very professional and nice, most of all I felt harmony in her voice. We have to remember as people that professionals have their jobs to do and on the other end of the phone we have to be willing to understand what they can and can not tell us and also help them in any way we can by asking their questions also.
